About Viviana

Ever since I started working with Viviana, she has been an incredible asset.  The connection she is able to build with her clients right from the start is a gift and one of her many talents.  She is a go-getter, with amazing organizational and leadership skills. It's with these qualities that we, together, opened Elation Real Estate, a little over two years ago.  And with such a big heart and a true desire to see that everyone around her is successful, I support her as the President Elect for Bay East.

Almost 6 years ago, before I retired from leadership & moved out of town, I had the pleasure to work  with our President Elect candidate Viviana Cherman in one of the Leadership Committees. I noticed at once her special qualities as a leader. I told myself, this young lady will be a future President of Bay East. She is not only very smart, her organizational skill is phenomenal. She works hard not for the Power & Fame. She genuinely, sincerely & passionately want to make a difference in our industry & also make a difference in other people’s lives in the community. She has a generous heart. She is honest & truthful. Her sense of humor can be so funny & calming at the same time, when dealing with stressful issues. 

In 34 years I’ve been a member, I have watched & followed many bright stars. I have seen some who have reached the pinnacle of their leadership passion, some are nearing the top, some have reached the top of their RE career, some are now financially independent. It’s easy to see the bright star starting to shine. Many are still shining till now. 

Before you make a decision, ask yourself who will work harder, who did more actions that really touched & made a difference in a member’s life, who has more sincere passion to help out, not just for a few, but, for all members. It’s not really that personal.  Viviana Cherman is a go getter. She started her own company with another professional & leader I respect & admire Gina Piper. The company is Thriving. That’s how innovative she is. 

Before you Vote on June 10, check Viviana out. Meet or talk with her & her husband Michael Cherman. The support & love of this couple to each other is admirable. Their relationship reminds me of another great leader & her very supportive husband who happen to be a friend. Vote for Viviana Cherman, she is tough, sincere, smart, organized & a hard worker. She is passionately ready to make an impact in our industry. She is a little Dynamite!!!

Viviana would make a great President-Elect for Bay East Association of Realtors®. I have had the pleasure of seeing Viviana grow and succeed in her professional and personal life for over 10 years. While she was a part of my organization, I was able to personally observe her leadership skills which are a valuable asset to any team. She also has extensive knowledge of the workings of the Bay East Association of Realtors®, CAR and NAR.  

Even when Viviana was overwhelmed, she always took the time to assist anyone in the office that needed help and if she didn’t have the skills she would go above and beyond to learn the skills to assist. She devotes her time to many charitable causes in our surrounding community which speaks to her giving character. I am proud to cast my vote for Viviana Cherman. I am always so impressed with the people who are willing to sacrifice their business and personal time to support our industry and give back by being willing to run for various offices at the local, state and national level.   Viviana is one of the "good ones". One of the ones we NEED in leadership at any level.  Someone who cares deeply, does the work and with a grace and kindness that is needed to get things done.  Even when I have seen her i pressure situations she never looses that character she has.   She will make an amazing President Elect.

I’ve been drawn to Viviana because of her pure-intentioned leadership and humility.  I endorse her cut-to-the-chase efficient way of doing business. She chooses to pave the way in her leadership journey instead of following the same ole-same ole and I admire that. 

Viviana Cherman is the perfect candidate for President- Elect as she cares and is driven to see things happen! I recently closed a deal with Viviana and it was a very smooth transaction.  But I know how hard she works for her clients and her team because I constantly see her around town volunteering for events or hosting her own fundraising events.
